Since 1982, The Cake Gallery is well known for having the largest wedding cake showroom in Nebraska and Iowa. At your convenience, (Mon-Fri 7am-5:30pm and Sat 7am-4pm) you are able to view more than 25 simple to elaborate wedding cake displays. This is in addition to four albums containing over 100 unique wedding cakes. No appointment is necessary. The Cake Gallery consists of 17 dedicated women and men who are focused on giving you an exceptional wedding cake...at an incredible value. Our wedding cake team is made up of 6 associates who have backgrounds in art and 3 who are graduates of baking and culinary schools. We are nationally recognized for our exclusively trademarked ULTRAmoist™ wedding cakes. It offers a superior taste and extremely moist wedding cake for you and your guests.
